EVE360° and our affiliates (“EVE360°”, “we” or “us”) are committed to ensuring your privacy and to treating your personal data with sensitivity and respect. This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand our privacy practices and principles, including what data we collect, why we collect it and how we share, store and protect it. What rights do you have under US state law?

California Privacy Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”) provides California residents with specific privacy rights in certain circumstances. Because we are a nonprofit, we are not subject to its requirements. We nevertheless remain committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal data that you provide to us.

California’s “Shine the Light” Law

If you are a California resident, you may request that we disclose a list of all third parties with whom we have shared your “personal information” (as defined by California’s “Shine the Light” law) during the previous calendar year, along with the type of personal information that we disclosed.

Nevada Privacy Rights

We do not engage in any such sales.
